SterlingTech Software, a leader in custom software solutions for the medical device industry, announced today that it has dramatically expanded its operations. SterlingTech has completed the purchase of a new state-of-the-art facility in Rochelle Park, NJ. The new building adds more than 7,500 square feet of office and laboratory space to the company’s existing operations in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Texas.
Since 2005, SterlingTech has tripled its client base and increased gross revenues by more than 250%. SterlingTech management also recently announced the formation of SterlingStart, a new company that provides flexible funding, comprehensive technical support and operational guidance to medical device start-ups and entrepreneurs across the country.
“Our growth has been tremendous—and when we went looking for a facility that could grow with us, we found everything we needed in Rochelle Park,” said Dan Sterling, SterlingTech’s president. “Our new testing and development laboratory gives us the resources we need to better serve our customers and continue our partner-level commitment to their success.”
The nerve center of any medical device company is its quality system—and the Rochelle Park facility has been custom-engineered to support stringent quality guidelines. It includes full electrostatic discharge protection, new application servers powered by Intel’s Xeon Dual-Core microprocessors and a host of leading edge laboratory equipment—all of which is designed to provide significantly safer and faster product development and testing.
“SterlingTech and SterlingStart are software-centric companies,” added Dan Sterling. “But we want to make sure the medical device community understands how our people, our hardware and all of our supporting resources contribute to our reputation for outstanding results and customer service for our clients. Our new facility reinforces everything our company stands for.”
